Terms of Service

Graphiqly Design Studio (“Studio”, “we”, “us”) is a service, operated by Graphiqly, that generates AI-rendered preview images of 3D illusion pieces from a description you provide, and can export a laser-ready cut/engrave file from a finished design for use on your own laser equipment. By using Studio you agree to these Terms.

You can generate and reveal designs without an account. Creating an account is optional and lets your designs and credit balance carry over between sessions and devices. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase.

Every guest and account receives a recurring free monthly credit allowance. Generating a design, editing one, or requesting new concept ideas each spend a fixed number of credits, shown in the app at the time of the action.

Studio Pro is an optional recurring subscription that increases your monthly credit allowance, enables unlimited laser-ready exports while active, and lets unused monthly credits roll over up to a per-plan cap. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing and Studio Pro-only benefits at the end of the current billing period, but does not itself refund the current period.

Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire and are not tied to a subscription. All payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details.

If a design fails to render or comes out clearly broken due to an error on our end, contact us and we’ll credit your account for the amount spent. Beyond that, and beyond any right of withdrawal required by applicable law, purchases (subscription charges and credit packs) are generally non-refundable, since credits are consumed immediately against real generation cost.

You’re responsible for what you type or upload — theme descriptions, extra details, and any reference photo. Don’t submit anything hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or that you don’t have the right to use (someone else’s copyrighted or trademarked material, or a photo of a person without their consent). We may reject or block content that violates this, with or without notice.

A reference photo you attach is used only to generate that one design and is not stored after the request completes, and is never shown publicly.

If you save engraving notes, any photo of your finished piece you add is kept private to your account. We only feature it (on our site, in emails or on social media) if you tick the box saying we can, and you can untick that box or delete the photo at any time.

Designs are generated by third-party AI models based on your input and may not always match what you intended, may occasionally resemble other generated output, and are provided “as is.” You own the specific design you generate, and you may make and sell physical pieces engraved, cut, or otherwise produced from it in unlimited quantities, for personal or commercial use, with no royalty or attribution owed to us.

The digital output itself — the preview image (PNG) or the laser-ready cut/engrave file (SVG) — is licensed to you for your own use in producing those physical pieces. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise share or publish the digital file itself as a standalone product. We make no guarantee of uniqueness or that a given result is free of any third-party rights, and we’re not liable for how you use a generated design.

Exported cut/engrave files are provided for your own use on your own equipment. You’re responsible for safely operating any laser or cutting equipment and for verifying a file before running it — we aren’t liable for material, equipment, or other loss from using an exported file.

Studio depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure we don’t control. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, though we’ll try to give notice for anything affecting active subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms, including abuse of the free credit system, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or prohibited content. You can stop using Studio and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
