Privacy Policy

This explains what Graphiqly Design Studio (“Studio”, “we”) collects when you use studio.graphiqly.com, and how it’s used.

Generation data: the theme, style choices, and any extra details you type, plus the resulting design image, are stored so you can find your designs again and so a signed-in account’s history and credit spend can be tracked accurately.

Reference photos: if you attach one, it’s sent to the AI model for that single generation and is not saved to our storage — it’s discarded once the request completes.

Account info: if you create an account, we store your email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and your credit/subscription status.

Email, when revealed: unlocking a design as a guest asks for an email address, which we use to show you that design again later and, unless you unsubscribe, to send occasional Design Studio updates.

Payment info: subscription and credit-pack purchases are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the plan/pack purchased — we never receive or store your full card number.

Usage data: basic analytics and a hashed identifier derived from your IP address, used to apply the free monthly credit allowance to guests who haven’t created an account and to prevent abuse. We don’t store raw IP addresses long-term for this purpose.

Advertising measurement: we use an advertising pixel that records page visits and key actions (such as unlocking a design, creating an account, or completing a purchase) so we can measure and improve our ads. You can limit this with your browser’s privacy settings or ad blockers.

• To generate and store your designs and let you find them again
• To track and enforce credit balances, subscriptions, and top-up purchases
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional messages (e.g. a magic-link sign-in email) and, if you don’t opt out, product updates
• To maintain security, prevent abuse of the free credit system, and debug real issues

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Studio — for example image generation, database and file storage, email delivery, payment processing, basic usage analytics, and advertising measurement. We don’t sell your data.

• Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any email we send
• Contact us to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data
• Use Studio as a guest, without an account, if you’d rather not have an email on file at all

Generation and account data is kept for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service to a guest identifier. You can request deletion at any time; some records (like payment history) may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal reasons.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
